Returns & Refunds

We want you to live with your piece and love it. If it isn't right, we'll make it right.

The short version

  • 30 days from delivery to return any item
  • Item must be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • Damaged or defective? Full refund or replacement — your choice
  • Refunds land 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return

How to start a return

Email [support@elarahaus.co] with your order number and a brief note about what's wrong. We'll send you return instructions the same day.

A few details worth knowing

Original condition means unused, undamaged, and returned with the packaging it arrived in. Lighting fixtures that have been hardwired or installed can't be returned unless they're faulty.

Shipping costs are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns. If the fault is ours — a damaged piece, a wrong item, a defect — we cover shipping both ways.

Damaged in transit? Send us a photo along with your order number. Don't ship it back until you hear from us; in most cases we won't need you to.
