ORDERING

How do I know the piece is right for my space? Every product page lists full dimensions, bulb type, and finish details. If you're between two options or unsure about scale, email us at [support@elarahaus.co] — we'll give you an honest answer, even if that answer is "not this one."

Can I change or cancel my order? Yes — as long as it hasn't shipped. Email us within [24] hours of ordering with your order number and we'll take care of it.

Do you offer bulk or trade pricing? If you're outfitting a full project — a home, a build, a client space — reach out at [support@elarahaus.co]. We're happy to talk.


SHIPPING

How long does delivery take? Orders are processed within [1–2 business days]. Delivery typically takes [7–14 business days] depending on your location. You'll receive tracking as soon as your piece is on its way.

Where do you ship? United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Why does delivery take longer than a big-box retailer? Our pieces come from specialist makers and workshops rather than a single domestic warehouse. It's a few extra days for something that isn't in every third home on your street.

My tracking hasn't updated. Tracking can take [3–5 days] to show its first scan, and it's normal for it to pause between transit checkpoints. If there's no movement after [10 days], email us and we'll chase it.


RETURNS & DAMAGES

What's your return policy? [30] days from delivery. The piece needs to be unused and in its original packaging. Email [support@elarahaus.co] with your order number to start a return.

What if my piece arrives damaged? We'll make it right. Send us a photo within [48 hours] of delivery and we'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. No return shipping required for damaged goods.

Who pays return shipping? [Customer covers return shipping on change-of-mind returns; Elara Haus covers it on damaged or incorrect items.]


PRODUCT & CARE

Are bulbs included? [Varies by product — check the listing. Most fixtures ship without bulbs so you can choose your preferred warmth and wattage.]

What bulbs should I use? For the warm, layered glow our pieces are designed around, we recommend 2700K–3000K LED bulbs. Anything cooler will read clinical.

Do these work with my country's voltage? Our fixtures are compatible with standard 110V–240V systems. [Adapters may be required for some regions.]

Do I need an electrician? Table and floor lamps plug straight in. Hardwired wall sconces and ceiling fixtures should be installed by a licensed electrician — both for safety and to protect your warranty.

How do I care for the finish? Dust with a dry microfiber cloth. Avoid chemical cleaners and abrasives, especially on brass, brushed metal, and glass.


PAYMENT & SUPPORT
